Terms and Conditions

  • All goods are handmade and therefore specification and details may vary slightly.
  • Pieces also available by Commission.
  • Usual delivery time is 1-2 weeks, please note during the lead up to Christmas this maybe longer.
  • All pieces are handmade to order, I hold limited stock on the ‘buy it now’ pieces, should the item be out of stock please allow time for your special handmade jewellery to be made, it may take up to 2 weeks to complete the order.
  • All goods are charged at the prices shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at the published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. No VAT is charged at this time.
  • These website pages supersede all previous catalogues.
  • Goods remain the property of Diana King Jewellery until paid for in full.
  • Payments to be made direct to Paypal account or by cheque, made payable to Diana King Jewellery. Once an order is placed I will confirm the order by return email and request payment using Paypal payment system or alternatively you can post a cheque. I will let you know the expected delivery time once confirmation and payment is received.
  • All pieces are marked with the Makers registered Hallmark, if Full Hall - Marking is required an additional cost will be charged. Please phone for a quote.

Postage & Packaging:

  • All goods are posted using First Class Recorded Post, this will be an additional charge of £3.50 – signature required on delivery.

Returns & Refund Policy:

  • In the unusual event that you are unsatisfied with the received order, please return the unwanted item/s and contact me by email within 7 days of receipt, explaining the problem and I will do my utmost to remedy the situation. All returned jewellery must carefully repacked in the original packaging. Should the items be faulty on delivery to you and I am notified within 10 days an exchange would be offered.

Trade Customers:

  • Should you wish to stock any of my work in your gallery/shop, please contact me and I will send you a wholesale price guide.

Complaints:

  • If I should receive a complaint about any part of the service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (I will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
